rules.
- When joining, please change your display name to read your character's name. First and last name is required. Write the usual way (first, last); format will changed by the admin once you've been accepted.
- Please be respectful towards all other members.
- All posts should be kept at a PG-13 level or milder. Explicit material should be kept off the boards or done over PM.
- Basic roleplaying etiquette applies: no godmoding or powerplaying is allowed. No killing without the other member's permission. Also, keep posts in third person. (First person is confusing for many players). Use ooc;; notation.
- This is a post-apocalyptic [futuristic] roleplay, so please, please stay true to the setting while roleplaying. No drastic changes can be done to the environment without admin permission.
- All posts should be a good length: a minimum of one paragraph (3-4 sentences) is required. Two and up is encouraged.
- There is no limit to the number of characters you can have on the site; just make sure you can keep up with all of them. Delete characters that you no longer play. This makes it easier on the staff.
- Human characters, ONLY. (Anime and anthromorphic characters are not allowed.) Powers do not exist in this world.
- Please take the time to read over the setting and plot before creating your character; if you have read these rules, type 'fimbulwinter' under the 'Blank Space' section in your character application.
- As cliche as this may seem, enjoy yourself! We all look forward to meeting you.
